Blaze and Nightshade

Blaze: What the hell are you wearing?
Nightshade: Wolfbane said it made me look pretty...

Mm, another picture for , this time of her werewolf Blaze making fun of poor old Nightshade. Heh, Nightshade's outfit turned out kind of weird though - I was trying to draw something ridiculous/girly and it evolved into something random and fantasy-ish with religious overtones. o__o; Clothing inspiration was taken from several outfits from my various Pop'n Music doujinshi though, so I guess that's where the whole goth tone came from. The original colors were black and green, but I decided that blue looked better at the last minute. <<;

Hrm, getting the posing down in this picture was a huge pain. I ran into a nasty bit of artist's block halfway through the sketch, and everything I did to the drawing just seemed to make things worse. I eventually gave up on trying to get the proportions right, and redrew most of their bodies, so now I think the heads are kinda big... >_o; Oh well. I'm reasonably satisfied with everything now except for the travesty that is Blaze's left arm. I hate foreshortening.
