Drow Mage Concepts

Some clothing concepts that I made for the various drow mage classes in my dark elf characters' universe. Magic is based on the manipulation of different forms of energy; that is, heat, electricity, light, and mechanical force. Life doesn't really correspond, but not everything has to have a real-life counterpart. Oh, and the last outfit was drawn as a joke - drow don't have magical girls.

I don't really like how the Light mage outfit turned out. It's entirely too steampunk-ish for my tastes... But it's not like these designs are set in any sort of stone - not every mage dresses the same (though I imagine Life mages being a little more unified than the rest). Of course, these were really just drawn as a bit of brainstorming about what type of clothes would suit each type of caster.
